Refund and Return Policy

At Yunong SARL, as the distributor of Fitbiomics products in Switzerland and Europe, we stand behind the quality of our probiotic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal 1.1. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. 1.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting our customer service team.
2. Return Process 2.1. To return a product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and instructions. 2.2. You must return the product in its original, undamaged condition, along with any accessories, manuals, and packaging. 2.3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake with your order.
3. Refunds 3.1. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned product, including the original shipping costs. 3.2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
4. Exceptions 4.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened or if it is a custom-made or personalized item. 4.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is damaged, used, or otherwise not in its original condition.
5. Defective Products 5.1. If a product is defective or does not meet the specifications described on our website, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund, in accordance with Swiss and EU consumer protection laws. 5.2. Please contact our customer service team to report any issues with a product, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
